Webex CPaaS, by Cisco

Webex CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) is an enterprise cloud product provided by Cisco to enable developers to integrate communication capabilities, such as voice, video, messaging, and collaboration features, into their applications and existing communication channels.

Role as a Digital Designer on the B2B Marketing Team:
The focus is on digital design, encompassing a variety of tasks. This can range from creating assets, banners, landing pages, and marketing collateral, with a particular emphasis on digital platforms.

Ownership of Paid Ads and Social Media Assets:
I oversee the creation of assets for paid ads and social media, designing visuals and content aligned with marketing strategies to effectively engage our target audience on these channels.

Focus on Best Practices and Style Library:
Part of my responsibility is to stay updated on industry best practices. This entails consistently enhancing and optimizing the website's user interface and overall design. Additionally, maintaining a comprehensive style library, ensuring a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all digital materials.

Main applications used: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Powerpoint, Salesforce, Dreamweaver.

 

Paid Media

I have been instrumental in crafting impactful paid media campaigns that align with the platform's communication services. Focused on promoting key features by use case and driving engagement, my designs have effectively targeted diverse and industry specific audiences. Maintaining visual consistency across various platforms, I have ensured a unified and recognizable brand presence in social media ads, display networks, and other channels.

Through A/B testing with design, I have consistently improved KPI’s, contributing to increased engagement, higher conversion rates, and improved brand awareness. In Q1/FY24, we saw a 20% jump in click through rate and 34% jump in impressions compared to Q4/ FY23.

 

Design for social

My social media design work prioritizes visual consistency, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable brand presence across various platforms. From
eye-catching infographics to impactful illustrations, every element aligns with Webex's branding guidelines, effectively communicating the unique value proposition of our CPaaS offerings.

Unnoticed by the observer is the intentional design approach I employ. I consistently create designs with the purpose of repurposing, striving to develop reusable design templates. My daily efforts are dedicated to maintaining a systematic and clean design library. As design trends evolve over time, I ensure to stay connected with these changes while upholding a visually on-brand aesthetic.

 

Digital product design

Designing digital products at Webex CPaaS, the primary focus is on understanding the unique needs and requirements of users within the Webex CPaaS ecosystem. This involves a deep dive into various use cases, where I collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights. This collaborative effort enables me to conceptualize and design user journeys specifically crafted to uplift the sales process for the enterprise. My design outcome is to ensure an intuitive experience for the sales team, facilitating effective engagement with enterprises and ultimately contributing to a successful sales outcome.

 

Infographics and collateral

I specialize in crafting visually compelling and informative infographics. My key responsibility is to transform intricate concepts and data into visually engaging and easily comprehensible graphics. These infographics serve various purposes, including enhancing communication for Cisco live events, supporting the sales team with impactful visuals, and conveying general enterprise information through our resources.
